Charlie is a very professional young businessman who gave a very fair price to install new taps units and basin in my bathroom, tap in the kitchen was leaking, Charlie efficiently came and replaced the tap and at the same time took a look at our boiler which needed new aav, new gasket seals and new ntc to which he was very professional I'm gathering the part numbers and ordering from his local merchants at a very good price, he was swift and efficient and professional in all services provided, which was at an extremely fair price and even offered a free checkup on the boiler in the future to ensure all was running smoothly, 10 out of 10 for efficiency, politeness, professionalism, service and knowledge.

What can I say - I contacted Charlie via a Facebook post recommendation, he was quick to respond and professional. He suggested making a booking online first which was assuring and professional, and confirmed prices upfront, he came over to fix a leaking shower which was incorrectly installed and also leaking, and over a two hour period came over fixed the issue and fixed another leak I had in my En-Suite. Charlie is professional, personable and kept me informed each step of the way of what he was fixing and where the problem lay before carrying out any work. Having used many plumbers I cannot recommend him and his services enough!

At this time of year, we look out of our window and wonder whether he’s on his way. But wait, that’s not Santa, he doesn’t drive a sparkling grey Winn’s Plumbing and Heating van-it must be Charlie! He’ll never leave you stranded, any job large or small, he’ll fix it and if he can’t he’s honest enough to tell you and ring one of his many contacts to find a solution. He’s serviced our boiler, changed radiators, fitted a bathroom for us and also helped us with leak detection. Always reliable, clean and tidy work ethic and an all round lovely bloke! Not knowing where to turn to, I took a punt and contacted this company based on Facebook reviews. Thankfully I was not disappointed. Charlie responded very promptly to my call for help. He came round the following day to assess the situation and quickly discovered where the problem was and then went on to fix it. He is polite and courteous as well as helpful and tidy.
